I was not disappointed, rather impressed! The sales process was smooth, unpressured, and informative. Bob from sales took a proactive approach in identifying a vehicle that he knew would fit my expectations. He conducted himself as a true professional, I would recommend anyone seeking a new or used Lexus to make an acquaintance with Bob. I will additionally add that Jordon in Finance complimented Bob's service and made closing the transaction a simple yet informative process. After taking delivery, I was introduced to Wade, who is the Lexus Technology Manager at Lexus of Brookfield. Wade took the time to get to know me and to help lessen the learning curve when it came to understanding all the technology that accompanies a Lexus. Wade is clearly comfortable explaining all the car has to offer and even provided some unexpected security and money saving suggestions. When we concluded our meeting, Wade made sure I I had a solid understanding of the cars technical capabilities, without his guidance, I would not have known about the many great features my car has to offer.
