My family was warmly greeted by Bob Hill on New Year's Eve 12/31/24. We had driven from Delavan, WI to inquire about a One Owner 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X that was listed on the Website. Even though the Dealership was closing early at 5:00 P.M. so the staff could spend New Year's Eve with their families, Bob pulled the Jeep around front so myself, my wife and son could test drive the vehicle. We ended up, deciding to go ahead and purchase after Bob explained how Lexus of Brookfield chooses which cars they are going keep for sale on their lot and the rigorous inspection and detail the vehicle goes through in order to be sold by Lexus of Brookfield. Bob stayed with us throughout the entire sales and Finance process along with the Detailers that prepared the vehicle for our purchase. When the process was completed, we ended up leaving the Dealership with our new preowned Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X about 7:30PM two 2-1/2 hours past closing.(Last Sale for 2024). Bob presented my wife with Roses and took our picture with the car before we drove away. I would recommend Bob Hill to anybody seeking a new or preowned vehicle from a Premium Vehicle Dealership. I would also like to thank Jeff Winters in Finance for making the transaction as seamless as possible and for taking the time to review what is included in our extended warranty package.
