Salesperson was friendly but I did research and knew a bit more about the car. I was a bit disappointed - left message for sales manager, no return call (2 days after purchase). I have just recently purchased a Mercedes C43 AMG with lexus of brookfield. it was the best car shopping experience i ever had. It is a beautiful car it sales itself, and im also very familiar with the vehicle i did a lot of research before i came. Alan sitting on the passenger seat never did and sale speech or oversale the car with make me very comfortable. We came all the way from chicago got there in the afternoon so we did not have a lot of time to waste, alan compliment us some burger, we sat down and discussed for a good 20 mins, Alan went back and force to triest his hardest and evantually cut a deal for me. i came back the next day,the car was fully cleaned/detailed, it smells nice, drives nice, and alan gave me some flowers made both me and my wife extremly happy for the whole experience More
