Well Worth A 260 Mile Drive! On April 2nd I took a 1 way Amtrak train from Washington, DC, to NYC for the last 2017 Ultrasonic Blue / Circuit Red RCF on the market! This was prece On April 2nd I took a 1 way Amtrak train from Washington, DC, to NYC for the last 2017 Ultrasonic Blue / Circuit Red RCF on the market! This was preceded by the "Perfect Deal" set up within one phone call with the great Sales Manager; Angelo Tranquellino. It all went UPHILL from there too! Angelo even sent a great guy (David the Electronics Expert) to pick me up at Penn Station and bring me to the Dealership! Signed ze papers with the perfect Finance Manager; Calvin Poh, who had every last detail laid out on the desk, ready to roll. Then, they took me back into their Indoor Service Garage where I saw a line of gleaming new cars all ready to be introduced to their new owners! Each car had acrilyc stands in front of them with individually named placards, that actually brought tears to my eyes! They took photos, handed me a gift bag, and David went over every option with me inside this awesome car. I even had a delicious Cappachino & Turkey Sangwiche before my 5 hour trip home. It actually felt great giving my business and money to folks who truly earned every bit of it. Words cannot Express the level of professionalism that Lexus of Brooklyn displayed for me. I am speechless that anyone could ever rate these folks anything less than a #4 for Reviews! This stunning Blue Lexus RCF turns more heads than Stormy Daniel's on 60 Minutes! So one day I decided to take the extra step going in there to check out the car of my choice - Lexus NX F- Sports. That's when I met Sam Lin from Bay Ridge Lexus. Sam was professional, he walk me thru the entire car shopping experience from test driving to closing the purchase. Sam was always available when I had questions with the process of my purchase. I had a pleasant experience with him at Bay Ridge Lexus. Kudos to Sam! More
Outstanding Quality of Customer Care In March 2018 I took my parents (quite elderly) car shopping to the Lexus dealership in Brooklyn NY. We were just going to ‘take a look’ & possibl In March 2018 I took my parents (quite elderly) car shopping to the Lexus dealership in Brooklyn NY. We were just going to ‘take a look’ & possibly test drive a car. We were greeted by Andre Hooper who turned out to be a most gracious and helpful sales associate. Having bought several cars in my lifetime, I was prepared for the ‘sales pitch’ which can be so annoying. To my pleasant surprise Andre was totally opposite. My father had stopped by the Queens dealership the week before and had an idea of which Lexus model he liked (2018 ES 350) but he did not test drive at that time. Dad wanted me to research the model before test driving to find out pros & cons. They had specific requirements for their new car. Side note - they had purchased a 2018 BMW X1 a few months back and ended up not liking it because it did not suit their needs. So, after educating myself we test drove the ES 350 and parents approved! Now it was down to features, color, and of course, price. Here is what stood out for us and why we decided to buy at Lexus in Brooklyn. Andre explained everything in full detail and answered all of our questions without hesitation. He and his manager worked with us to get the best possible price and applied all Lexus incentives (some of which I was not aware of) offered at that point in time. My review isn’t so much about the car (that’s what Google is for & car review websites) but it is about the quality of service we received. It was the deciding factor for us and ultimately why we chose to buy at Lexus Brooklyn. My parents are not easy customers. Some of their requirements were specific interior & exterior color (which was not in stock) and license plate numbers. Yes, they did… and Andre took care of such details with ease. He assured us that he would begin his search asap and as promised he was able to find our exact car within two weeks. I appreciated that he communicated the status during the interim. The final purchase went smoothly except that on that day there were many other customers finalizing their purchases as well so we waited quite a long time to meet with the finance manager. They were apologetic. So if you’re looking to purchase a Lexus and want great service I highly recommend checking out the dealership in Brooklyn and asking to meet with Andre Hooper. More

A bunch of crooks. You think it’s safer and easier to buy a used car from a dealer, huh? They would not cheat on customers, right? Especially Lexus dealership! To make a long story short: Purchased 2009 RX 350. The driver ‘s seat was ripped off. The dialogue goes like this: My wife: Can you change the seat? Salesman: Yeah, we can fix that. When I came to pick up the car, our salesman Anas said that it cannot be fixed on premises and I would have to bring the car to the upholstery shop at no cost to me. We were positive that the seat is gonna be changed. However, on the “We owe” list they gave me, was stated “driver’s seat repair”. Ok, repair then. Then we could not get the address of the shop; first, Anas went on vacation, then the upholstery guy (as we were told). Then Anas stopped answering. Finally,I had to come to the sales manager, Barry Shafir, to get the phone number. When I came to the shop, the guy said he is gonna fix only seat cushion, not the arm-rest, not to mention the whole seat. Went back to Lexus, and Barry said that the arm rest is not part of the seat and they’re going to fix cushion only... going to sue those good fellows. Never ever buy a car from this people: Anas Alchorbaje and Barry Shafir! More
