Poor customer service. They had us waiting for much longer than indicated. They have very poor communication skills, they acted indifferent and when we got there early before the appointment time, they did not even acknowledge us and instead made us wait in the car and didn’t come out to get us until 40 minutes later. I have visited the dealer a handful of times for service on my IS. Every time I am not impressed with the service, you would think a luxury dealer would have great customer service but it is honestly, very on my IS. I do hate that when I pull in I have to wait in my car for 10 min before anyone comes to help me. I hate waiting and I feel that if you have an appointment the wait time should be minimal. I also hate that I have to wait 3 hours for them to service my car. Luckily, the mall is around the corner so that keeps me busy. Overall, not super happy but it is the closest to me and where I purchased the car. More

Horrible buying experience. Terrible and unprofessional.
