So far, the maintenance was done well and my car came back washed & ready for the road. The only thing that bothered me is my settings for lights was turned off &I did not realize it until I was driving in the dark with no lights. My dash board had no lights as well and settings were changed. I had to park to fix everything before I could get back on the road. More

Went in 10/17/21 at 2:30pm for taking a look at 22 GX460. No adjustments on pricing, totally understand given current market. However, when I told sales that I’m doing our own financing through my bank, the No adjustments on pricing, totally understand given current market. However, when I told sales that I’m doing our own financing through my bank, they said they still need to run my credit. Does not make any sense. Why would they need to run my credit when I’m bringing a certified check from my bank? I called Lexus Financial Services at the dealership and confirmed I would not need to complete a Lexus financial credit app. When I refused to comply with providing a credit app, The sales associate called over sales manager Walid Sarsak. I asked him which forms of payment do you accept? He answered “Cash or cashiers check.” I informed him that im doing my own financing with my bank, so if my bank issues a cashiers check, is that fine? He says no because it’s an option contract. He kept on playing game of circles that made the conversation go nowhere. Normally, dealers don’t need to run credit when a buyer has its own certified check from their own bank. He explained that credit check is needed when receiving a certified check because dealer needs to release title when my loan is paid off. Not true, the lender is the title holder until loan is paid off, not the dealer. I left after that I could not hold a conversation with him, and ruined this entire Lexus purchasing experience. This was by far the worst Lexus Dealership experience I ever had after my 3rd Lexus purchase. I will never come back to this dealership again and will certainly not recommend anyone. I informed Mr. Sarsak that I called HQ and shared horrible experience Lexus of Cerritos provided to its customers. More
