Awesome Experience It was a Saturday afternoon and I was ready to purchase a Lexus HS Hybrid (from another used car dealer) and when I got there (45 mins away from my h It was a Saturday afternoon and I was ready to purchase a Lexus HS Hybrid (from another used car dealer) and when I got there (45 mins away from my home) I found out the car wasn't ready. I did a quick search for a Lexus in the area and when I called Alvin he said there was one left on the lot ready for me. When I arrived at Lexus of Chester Springs 20 mins later Alvin was ready waiting for me with the car. The whole atmosphere was pleasant and calming. My new car is beautiful and Alvin and team could not have made this a better experience for me. I would recommend this to anyone, and when the time comes for another car, my family will certainly be going back! More

Three weeks later we was visiting friends west of Philadelphia and at the end of a sight seeing day, I asked if there was a Lexus dealership nearby. Our dear friends drove us by Lexus of Chester Springs after closing hours on a Saturday and I saw the perfect replacement car for me. I double checked it on the web site and called Monday morning. I put a deposit down and the next Friday we drove back up with financing in place from Maryland. Our salesman Vince Mazzula was understanding of our schedule and Tom Martellacci offered a better financing package that we accepted. The process was organized and professional and friendly. We left our accident rental nearby and drove home with the new car. It could not have been better and we will call Vince next year when we want to upgrade my wife's Lexus. We loved the whole experience. More

Lexus of Chester Springs' "Woman to Woman" (ability to work with a female employee) is an absolutely awesome concept and worked out perfectly for me. Colette Dukes went above and beyond my expectations and was very helpful, patient and gracious throughout the whole process. At no time did I feel any pressure and she was very professional. Thanks also to Tom Martellacci in Finance who made signing the paperwork a breeze, to Andrew Greim who took my call and followed-up with me during my visit to pick up my vehicle and to the gentleman who polished and buffed out any imperfections. My RX 350 is absolutely gorgeous! This was well worth the drive from Harrisburg! More

I had a 2007 that I bought at Lexus of Chester Springs and it has always been serviced there. They do great diagnostic work and have always treated me as family. I just couldn't go anywhere else. I just had a bad experience there and decided not to go back. Lexus of Chester Springs was recommended to me and I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did. From the minute I 1st called and spoke with Andrew I knew I had found the right place. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel appreciated. It's not as convenient for me but that doesn't matter at all. I feel lucky to be working with everyone there. More
