When we met Colin, we were just at the beginning of our car search, and we didn't know what we wanted. He was very thorough and low-pressure showing us the lay of the land. Seth Collins and the team at Lexus of Cleveland did a great job for me when I purchased a new ES350h sedan. They kept me informed as we stepped through the process of making a reservation deposit, then great job for me when I purchased a new ES350h sedan. They kept me informed as we stepped through the process of making a reservation deposit, then identifying and securing a vehicle that matched my requested specifications. Any questions I asked during this phase of the process were answered promptly. Some of those answers helped me with advance preparations for financing options and valuation of the vehicle I was trading in. One notable action by Seth was to notify me when the first fully electric version of the new ES arrived at the dealership. My wife was a little apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle that we’d only seen pictures of. Although we purchased the hybrid version, testing the electric version allowed us to check out the ride, seating comfort, and features common to both versions. For her, that visit helped seal the deal in advance of our vehicle delivery. We love the new ES and follow up contacts have been made by Seth and the Lexus of Cleveland team. Those contacts have provided helpful information to support our relationship moving forward. Thanks so much and we look forward to future experiences together. More
