His level of courtesy, kindness, and overall professionalism far exceeded my expectations as a returning customer. We had been to other Lexus dealership, and finally landed in Edison dealership co-incidentally and became a memorable experience. There was never a moment when we didn't feel absolutely comfortable about how everything was handled. The process was smooth and transparent while I eagerly waited to pull off our SUVs of our dreams. I sat patiently sipping on a refreshing beverage offered by Kamal as I hung on to his every word. I was captivated by his knowledge and expertise. Kamal was diligent in seeing that I did not go away dissatisfied. When I initially arrived at the dealership, I was immediately overwhelmed w/joy because I knew I was in good hands. By the way, I almost forgot to mention that Kamal came in on his day when he has to attend a marriage wedding in evening, but he stayed till late to offer me his services without worrying its other commitment! He accommodated me from the word "go" and didn't miss a beat. He even came outside and sat with me to explain all of the subtle nuances and features of the vehicle. The RX 350.., well, what can I say? It was gorgeously shining and they had that bad boy looking like crispy new money!!!
