Pleasantly surprised, very nice people, good deal I went to buy a 2011 Lexus a couple of weeks ago, 2 of which they had which fit my criteria. Nick was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and wasn't pushy. We test drove the one which was newer, and I was very happy with the condition of the car. There were no problems getting the deal done, as the listed price was quite good. I paid for the Certification, and also got LoJack, which was installed this morning (about 10 days after I picked it up), after Nick called to let me know that the plates were in. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, and service department was great. I'd certainly have no problem returning to this dealer in the future, or recommending to others. My only slight negative was the finance manager throwing many different means of finance at me at the last minute, but over-all, I don't see that as any different than any dealer. I'm okay with what I settled on, just wasn't prepared for having so much thrown at me when I was ready to pick it up. Overall I'd give this whole purchase experience a 9 on a scale of 1-10. More

My first Lexus Dealer experience I found the rx330 that I have been looking for in the color I wanted for over a year at Lexus of Edison. I called and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and then introduced to Nick. He was a great salesman made me very comfortable through my whole deal. Any concerns I had (due to buying pre-owned) he assured me that I was making the right decision. About a week later I picked up my vehicle and I am a VERY happy & satisfied customer. Excellent service to an 'Out of State' buyer I live in Utah. I was not very satisfied with the Lexus selection in Utah nor with the dealers in our area so I went to the internet for help. It was a new experience for me to shop for cars online. We were so pleased with the customer service that Dale Johnson gave us. He was willing to come in on his day off and show us the car we wanted to look at as we were in town for only 48 hours. His patience was probably tested with all that had to be done between the states when we decided to buy the car and then flew home to Utah to complete the mountains of paperwork from afar. No matter what detail or problem needed to be solved, Dale was kind and helpful through it all. Dale answered all our texts, emails, and other inquires within hours if not minutes (and again often on his day off and after normal business hours) with our time zone differences. Needless to say he definitely went beyond the second mile in customer service and friendliness. On top of all that, I absolutely love the car! It was priced well and the follow up from Dale was excellent and very much appreciated. More

As with all of our service interactions with this dealership (where we work mainly with Donna Coleman, who has always provided us with fantastic customer service), our buying experience was smooth, professional, and demonstrated the care and individual attention that makes the Lexus ownership experience so worthwhile. The sales professional who assisted us with our purchase was Dale Johnson, and he was fantastic -- patient, informed, responsive, and professional.
