Excellent service to an 'Out of State' buyer I live in Utah. I was not very satisfied with the Lexus selection in Utah nor with the dealers in our area so I went to the internet for help. It was a new experience for me to shop for cars online. We were so pleased with the customer service that Dale Johnson gave us. He was willing to come in on his day off and show us the car we wanted to look at as we were in town for only 48 hours. His patience was probably tested with all that had to be done between the states when we decided to buy the car and then flew home to Utah to complete the mountains of paperwork from afar. No matter what detail or problem needed to be solved, Dale was kind and helpful through it all. Dale answered all our texts, emails, and other inquires within hours if not minutes (and again often on his day off and after normal business hours) with our time zone differences. Needless to say he definitely went beyond the second mile in customer service and friendliness. On top of all that, I absolutely love the car! It was priced well and the follow up from Dale was excellent and very much appreciated. More

As with all of our service interactions with this dealership (where we work mainly with Donna Coleman, who has always provided us with fantastic customer service), our buying experience was smooth, professional, and demonstrated the care and individual attention that makes the Lexus ownership experience so worthwhile. The sales professional who assisted us with our purchase was Dale Johnson, and he was fantastic -- patient, informed, responsive, and professional. If a prospective buyer does not do his or her homework as to pricing they will be swallowed up.The process of first dealing with a salesperson then the sales manager and then the finance person is overwhelming intolerable. The system has not changed and in fact it has gotten worse.Lexus of Edison does try to be civil but the undertone clearly comes through that every employee is dissatisfied due to the manner in which they receive their compensation,"Dog Eat Dog."
