The system has not changed and in fact it has gotten worse.Lexus of Edison does try to be civil but the undertone clearly comes through that every employee is dissatisfied due to the manner in which they receive their compensation,"Dog Eat Dog." My Sales Consultant, Robert Bruno, was professional and courteous - and he spent a great deal of time showing me numerous Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicles as well as new 2014 models. Robert really helped in my decision-making, by discussing buying a CPO vehicle vs. leasing a new model, and thoroughly explaining the advantages of each. The Financial Services Manager, Jason Hiraiwa, was equally helpful during the leasing approval process. The Service Manager, Wayne Gross, assisted me personally during my first service visit - and even arranged to have my new vehicle delivered to my house.
