I came in to make an offer on a Pre-Owned Lexus ES350 - the Sales Manager, Robert, obviously thought my offer was too low so as soon as he sat with me he began to show me on a piece of paper which he print the Sales Manager, Robert, obviously thought my offer was too low so as soon as he sat with me he began to show me on a piece of paper which he printed out prior to sitting with me, a list of 50 similar cars that are on sale in the area and showed that the car I wanted was priced the lowest (I pointed out that the car I want also had the highest mileage, therefore the lower price point). I said that the car I was interested in also said "Certified Pre Owned" on their website, but when I got to the showroom, the car was no longer "certified". Then Robert started to get agitated with me and told me that he wasn't going to have this car looked at "tomorrow morning" when paid customers would be at the garage. Alluding that I wasn't a paying customer and that the red alert lights in the Lexus I was interested in were not a big issue; but I should still buy the car "tonight". Talk about typical used car salesman-like demeanor. I felt my interaction with this man was abrasive, and he is very aggressive. Be prepared when you go in this place to be pushed around by their Sales Manager, Robert. This was not the experience I went in there for and I never expected this treatment from a Lexus dealership - especially not their Sales Manager. This man does not like women who actually are smart and know what they are talking about. I still would have negotiated with him further but his disrespectful style and intimidation tactics completely turned me off. Classy women, beware. More

Nick is not only a great sales man but also a superb professional. It just took me 1 hour to decide which car I wanted and before going to him I had been to multiple dealers but hadn't been convinced on professional. The dealership has a nice lounge with Direct TV and free drinks....it kept our kids occupied during most of the time we were there. The front desk women was also very friendly and helpful during the 2 different times we were at the dealership. We would definitely do business with Zahid again. More

He really let me know and feel that he was there to answer any questions I may've had. Nick did all that he could to help expedite my purchase while making me feel comfortable. He was very funny, personable and honest. Really appreciate that. Zahid was really nice when he went on the test drive with me and patient while he taught me all the features of the car. Daniel helped me and really explained what my next steps should be and what I should be expecting in the near future. He gave a lot of great information without being boring.
