I purchased my car July 4th weekend. I had a very pleasant experience in leasing a Lexus RX 350. It was my first car lease and Nick Peresunko was absolutely excellent! He was also pleasant, however, I believe that he did bring up an issue several hours into the agreement that I felt should have been addressed earlier. Prior to visiting Lexus of Edison, I visited three other dealerships with the intention of buying a car. I left all three of those dealerships very disappointed. I found them to be arrogant and everything seemed only about them rather than me, the customer. While searching on the Internet I found a car that seemed to be what I was looking for. I asked a question and Nick called me back, answered my question and we made an appointment for the next morning. Nick and Lexus of Edison was a refreshing experience. My expectations were greatly exceeded. We came to an agreement quickly, because they were willing to negotiate without the half day ordeal. Their sales culture is one I appreciate. I even met the mysterious man behind the curtain (the manager with approval authority). I was made to feel as if I was a very important customer. I was able to negotiate a price and complete the transaction and get on my way home in less than 2 ½ hours. My experience with Nick and Lexus of Edison was head and shoulders above that of other dealers I have visited. I have found the after purchase experience has also been superb. This dealership has my strongest possible recommendation. Well worth the longer drive. When it comes time for another car, my first stop will be this dealer. More
