We bought a 2011 Honda Accord and we were made to feel comfortable being offered coffee, snack just as if we were buying an expensive Lexus. I have bought cars in Open Road BMW and Ray Catena and to me I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as I did with everyone I dealt with at this dealer from the salesmen to the finance manager and that's why I am writing this review. Super aggressive sales staff, mixed with a foul stench of cheap repairs and overpriced merchandise, resulted in a terrible overall feeling. The man who I talked to, Dale, was patient enough to let us take a few of their wares out for a test drive, but he kept pushing me and my partner to ignore the various, obvious damage. We ended up driving two cars. One had a lot of trim pieces broken, brakes that barely worked and a loud knocking sound from the engine. The other had a fair amount of tape in the engine bay (a sure sign of dodgy repairs) and the general feel of a very cheap product. More
