I purchased my Lexus IS250 from Lexus of Edison a year and half ago. Everytime I go to Lexus of Edison they provide me with excellent service. Mr. Wayne Gross is always very profesniol to all his customers from my observations while visiting the dealership. Mr. Gross as always taken the time to address all my concerns with my vehicle. When he isn"t available he makes sure to brief another team member to make sure all my concerns are taken care off. I live in NY and travel over an hour to Lexus of Edison because the service is ALWAYS TOP OF THE LINE. The dealship is always very clean and they also provide you with coffee or refreshments and something eat if you are hunrgy. If you have along wait they go out of there way to make you feel welcome by offering to drop you off at the local mall if that will help make your wait better. They also will pick you up. What I love the most about this dealership is you can tell they treat ALL there customers like there #1 customer. This is very impressive, Im in Retail sales my self, I work for a Major Bank so I know service and trust me when I tell if you want a Lexus make the trip to Lexus of Edison YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
