Unfortunately many vehicle dealerships receive negative criticism and after my recent experience, I must say for the most part they have earned them. The majority of salespeople are only interested in one criticism and after my recent experience, I must say for the most part they have earned them. The majority of salespeople are only interested in one thing and that is selling you a car. They practically ignore what is important to you and focus more on the vehicles they have in inventory. Models, colors, interiors, options seem to be “suggestions” rather than important features. Most people would think I am writing about the high volume market of smaller less expensive vehicles. To the contrary; my experience is with the luxury vehicle manufacturers; Lincoln, Cadillac, Infinity, Lexus, and the Genesis models. By far the worse encounter was trying to locate a Genesis that met my needs. Without going into detail, if Hyundai intends to enter the luxury vehicle market they need to develop a “professional” sales team to sell the Genesis and Equus. The leader in service, professionalism, and product knowledge goes to Lexus. And unquestionably, the best-of-the-best is Lexus of Edison. Their showroom and service center is state-of-the-art, their product inventory is vast with numerous vehicles of every model available for examination indoors. But their most valuable asset is their people, all thoroughly trained and professional. While I invested a considerable amount of time at the dealership and my primary contact was Barbara Gonzalez, Sales Consultant. Throughout our conversations she remained focused on the vehicle I desired. I was thoroughly familiar with the vehicle so many of my questions were somewhat unusual. Unlike most salespeople, who frequently provide vague or inaccurate answers, if she or any of the others were hesitant with their response (mostly financial), they would contact the appropriate person within their organization. If you are looking for a luxury vehicle and would like to make the most of your valuable time, I enthusiastically recommend contacting Lexus of Edison. I am certain you will not be disappointed. I was called to test drive an used vehicle by the sales people ( thrice in a day saying its a labor day offer ). When I went there, surprisingly, the car is not serviced and would not even start !! And then they showed an alternative vehicle - which was in a horrible condition. Driving that was scary with so much of noise. It was neither serviced, nor cleaned. What happened to your XXXX point vehicle check commitment? I'm sure none of your mechanics touched this vehicle before. Why to call and waste customers' time when the vehicle is not ready. More

Tom arranged financing and was very honest and forthright and didn't try to sell me finance products I didn't need. I've used Free Car wash and have had no problem and they were very quick. Parts/accessories are priced quite high and I think Lexus Edison original buyers/owners should get a discount greater than the 10% on-line coupon...the mark up on some parts is 100%! Can't they live with a 66% margin? Only problem I've had is they were supposed to pay my last month lease on my old car and didn't...they were supposed to cut a check directly to me for the amount and I am still waiting almost 2 weeks...blaming the Accounting Department. For competitive new car pricing, no-hassle/professional sales I would recommend Justin and Lexus of Edison. More

While Anna was not going to be available when I picked the car up, Jason Revere was going to review the car with us in Anna's place. Another classy, caring and knowledgeable individual. Jason spent all the time in the world with us, answering every question in a professional and unrushed manner. A real superstar. Tom Pasquale, the finance guy handled the closing in a relaxed and efficient manner - a delightful guy. Although the staff is highly friendly, my experience has been less than satisfactory. They offer "free" car washes with a purchase of a vehicle. It was actually suggested to me to leave because their was "an hour wait" for the wash, which turned out to be untrue. It just seems to be always something when you bring in your car for said service. Not impressed. Don't offer the service if your not going to do it properly. After a month with my new car, I now learned that the dealership hadn't paid my last payment on my pervious car like they negotiated to do. Now dealing with that issue. For a luxury dealership, I expected more. The car itself is wonderful. Lexus is a reputable and reliable brand. Safety was at the utmost importance to us and Lexus delivers on that. More

I visited 4 Lexus dealerships and was blown away with how much better Lexus of Edison is. Anna Samejo was friendly and very professional. After test driving the car my daughter Genevieve stated that if you a much better Lexus of Edison is. Anna Samejo was friendly and very professional.
