Thanks for responding my complaining message. I just don’t understand why my car is only 42K, but the service advisor asked me for 50K service requirement. I request for 45K service first, but the service advisor told me 45K service has no oil change. This car needs oil change. As usual, every time I come to your dealer to get the car service, the oil change is always one of the items. Why I can’t get 45k service including the oil change this time. If your 45K service does not include the oil change, what service will be provided for the 45k service??? It doesn’t make a sense!!! It seems I totally got cheated!!! This service is mainly for just oil change, but the service advisor charge me over $400. I need your dealer to explain to me clearly why I have to pay for 50k service requirements to get the oil change, NOT 45K, considering my car mileage is only 42K. I drive my car very locally almost everyday, no more than 4K/year. Again, I need your service department manager to feed back to me what I complained in this message. I don’t want to be cheated!!! Thanks.
