I went in as my lease on my ES300h was ending and needed buy a new car. Gabe approached my husband and myself as we entered the show room and asked if he could help us. We test drove the NX hybrid but found is small inside so test drove the RX and loved it. I was particular of the exterior and interior color and Gabe patiently helped me find the car I wanted. Gabe went above and beyond to find me the car with the options I wanted. Gabe gave us his full attention and customer service and I was able to drive my new car home that same day. I received excellent customer service from Gabe. Then we went to Alex to sign all papers and Alex was also very patient with us in deciding on the additional option offered. Alex was very though in explaining the options and the specials that were available. We are really happy with out new car and the customer service we received from Gabe and Alex. More

Good experience overall Eric Wong did a good job meeting our needs from test drive to final sale. The only issue we experienced was the dealership made us wait around and come back a couple of times to get the deal we wanted. however this is not a reflection of Eric's hard work and service. really bad service from front desk to manager I bought used Acura RDX and leaved at the dealer to fix the wheels...I called back for the next day to confirm I could pick up the car.... but the fr I bought used Acura RDX and leaved at the dealer to fix the wheels...I called back for the next day to confirm I could pick up the car.... but the front desk quick connected me to the sales and I had to hold on phone over 30 minutes and no once could find the salesman..I had to hung up and called back many times and asked her to connect me to the sales manager ...and also no once picked up I was on phone waiting for the phone kept rang . Finally I left the message my name my phone # to manager I forgot the name but no one called me back . The salesman Bernie told me my car guaranty bumper to bumper but once I saw the front bumper loose I asked him to fix for me he said ..he didn't know they could fix it or not ..Is that right? before I didn't pay for the car yet they were really good service but after I paid it ..their behavior absolutely change ..he said called me back to make appointment...I did make appointment with him on Sunday 3/ 17 to fix me front bumper but he texted me back said I couldn't see you today for the loaner ...Could some top manager at Magnussen Lexus give me the answer? Is that the way you guy treat your customer? More
