Horrible service. Car delivered damaged and dirty. Recently we have been having nightmares with this dealership when bringing our cars for maintenance services. Repeatedly our cars were delivered in dirty messed up condition after the service orders performed. ( e.g. Paint scratches, greasy marks left in interior, damages to tires and rims...etc.). QUality Control has been substantially neglected and monitored at this place. Lexus should be ashamed to have this place operated under its name. Do not recommend anyone to come here for maintenance service needs. We will never come back here for business ever again!. More

Gabe was wonderful, no high pressure, but managed to get us all that we wanted in our purchase of a Certified Automobile. Then Craig took over as our technology tutor. Being a total techno geek, I was very concerned about all these "new gadgets", but Craig walked me through each item and as often as needed to get me comfortable with each item. Thanks to both Gabe and Craig our car purchasing experience couldn't have been better. We certainly will be back for our next purchase and are considering driving past other dealerships to service at Magnussens!! More
This is a really really nice dealership, came here with my family to buy an RX350, and was greeted promptly by Chris Lin, he is the internet director, and gave us a direct price without haggling. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at Magnussen’s in Fremont, but I don’t live in the immediate area and the only reason I go back each time (I’m on my third Lexus) is because of Chris Lin. Chris always goes above & beyond to be sure he gets you the best deal. He genuinely wants you to be happy with your purchase. My last purchase he personally delivered to me at my home. I’ve emailed him with questions at night, on his day’s off … doesn’t matter, he always responds quickly and pleasantly. I’ll never buy a car from anyone else. More

He met me when I came in, and spent time going over what was needed for my 45 thousand mile maintenance. He asked if I had any problems or requests, and made sure that my request to have help setting up the Bluetooth for my new phone was done quickly. He arranged for a loaner, showed me how to be comfortable with the Lexus hybrid loaner (new to me), and kept me informed during the day as my car maintenance service progressed. When I returned to pick up my car, he walked me through the services performed and walked me to the front desk, asked that my car be brought up, and introduced me to the front desk staff person. She was also very friendly and helpful. Mr. Padilla escorted me to my car, and thanked me for choosing Magnusen Lexus for my service needs. My car was also sparkling clean. I don't have all the names of the employees who interacted with me, but every person was friendly, helpful, and gave excellent customer service. I am a repeat customer of Magnussen Lexus of Fremont in Fremont, California. Having owned BMWs and Mercedes, I am a Lexus owner (X2) becaue their service is the finest and Magnussen is the best in the SF Fremont, California. Having owned BMWs and Mercedes, I am a Lexus owner (X2) becaue their service is the finest and Magnussen is the best in the SF Bay Area. Yvette McAvoy realized in a recent regualrly scheduled service that the technician did not use my owner provided synthetic oil. Without my asking, she immediately volunteered to credit me with free service on my next visit which has now been completed. The entire service experience is professional and thoughtful. Greg V. More

We got a quote including the trade-in value for my '08 Nissan Altima. Later, I called the dealer in Oakland with the same condition, and they gave a little better quote. However, due to our schedule and traveling plan, we were forced to put the new car acquisition project on halt for a month or so. After we got back, I called and talked to both Austin and Chris with the other dealer's quote, and they offered me a great deal on the trade-in value. Went to the dealer later and picked up the car on the price that we agreed upon. Before we left the dealer, Martie spent a great deal of time giving us a great presentation about the car and dealer, which gave us much more information that we have expected. First of all, we did a test-drive without the salesman watching over our shoulder allowing us to do the real test-drive. Secondly, they had never used the "Please, wait a minute. I have to talk to the manager." tactics to keep us waiting forever. Last but not least, the entire staff are very accommodating and professional. Both my wife and I found great pleasure doing business with this dealer. This has to be one of our best car buying experiences, if not the best. More
