Instead of having them come and get their loaner and return my car to San Mateo Normally I would rate this as 5 stars but this time it was different. Instead of having them come and get their loaner and return my car to San Mateo, I drove to the dealer since I was going to be in the area. Told them when I was coming to make sure the car was ready as I had a business meeting in the area. I arrived on time and after an hour I went back to the cashier to let her know I still had not been helped. She call again for my car. When it was brought to the driveway someone just waived at me and pointed to the car. I never saw Arnold my service rep. The cashier merely read back to me from the invoice what they did to the car, which I could read myself. I had more interaction with Ron who picked up my car. He was extremely engaging and I was most appreciative of this service to pick up my car from such a distance. Needless to say I was very late for my meeting which inconvenienced those waiting for me. More
