Trying to have synthetic oil intalled at service! Service dept. can't figure out how to change motor oil to synthetic. The last 3 services this has not happened. Director of services was good ! I didn't have an appointment and it was a crazy Friday morning for these guys at Fremont Lexus. I pulled in my car and was greeted by Director of serv I didn't have an appointment and it was a crazy Friday morning for these guys at Fremont Lexus.
