I've been taking my IS350 to Glendale for 15 years and I've always been super satisfied with the service, especially when working with Jesus. I trust that Jesus has always been honest with me and ensures I've always been super satisfied with the service, especially when working with Jesus. I think, however, the technicians need to put extra care when working on the vehicles because I've been in a couple of situations where the quality of the work is not at all what Lexus should stand for. I may not drive the most expensive and newest Lexus but my car should be cared for as if it was. I bought a Lexus for a reason. When these situations were serious, Jesus took care of them and could de-escalate a horrible situation and correct the issue quickly. I appreciate Lexus of Glendale because of Jesus. More

I bought my car at Lexus Glendale and always have it serviced there over the years. My motto is that if you’ve found a good doctor, no matter how far you have to drive, you should stay with the doctor w serviced there over the years. My motto is that if you’ve found a good doctor, no matter how far you have to drive, you should stay with the doctor who knows your medical history and is empathetic as well. Same thing should apply to the ‘doctor’ aka the mechanic for your vehicle. I especially appreciate Jorge Navarro, the service consultant who is always very helpful. In fact, the entire service department is top notch, from the lady who answered the call to the young man who checked out the loaner. More
