I have a 2000 Lexus GS with 120k miles on it. Selin was such a sweetheart! I came in for service on my IS for the first time and she totally helped me out with all of my quesitons. The entire visit was friendly, all staff worked together to make us comfortable, coffee, hot chocolate, etc. Plus the offer of a loaner when servicing the car and a free detail job on the car during my birthday month were added incentives. On the occasions that I've waited during service, I have appreciated the complimentarty refreshments & comfortable Waiting area. When we were in the process of buying the car, Yvonne Perry at the front desk made sure we had refreshments & served as a welcoming member of the Lexus of Glendale team. I often call her & tell her what I need & she makes sure that I'm referred to the right person and insures that I am expeted by that person when I come in. Sometimes the last service person I dealt with is not available when I call in, but I can usually speak to Yvonne & she is always pleasant, professional and willing to assist me. More

Our family had previously looked into Lexus as our next leased vehicle. After seeing the cars at another dealership, we were really impressed by by the vehicle- but were not comfortable with the sales team leased vehicle. We felt very pressured and did not like the quotes that were offered. A few days later, we decided to go to Lexus of Glendale to try once again to obtain the vehicle that we had really wanted to purchase. The staff was friendly, gave us a great quote and was a lot more knowledgeable about the vehicle. We were in and out of there much quicker than any other vehicle purchase I had experienced! In addition, the service staff is excellent. I have dealt with Selin several times for my maintanence. My car is ready when she says it will be, and I get courtesy phone calls about the progress of the job and when to expect to pick up the vehicle. As an added bonus- they allow me to go to the dealership (as much as weekly) to get a free car wash, just for being a loyal customer. Thank you Lexus of Glendale. This person is right to the point, very helpful, non-pressuring, and does not beat around the bushes. The deals and services are unbeatable.
