I had an extremely frustrating experience with Lexus of Glendale — not once, but twice. The first time I brought my car in for service after purchasing it, they scratched my car and returned it dirty. I had to get it detailed myself after dealing with that nonsense. I wasn’t happy, but when my next service came around and there was also a recall and a broken seat part, they kept reaching out asking me to schedule, so I decided to give them another chance. I specifically made an appointment for the recall and the broken seat part. I was told the part would be ordered and in stock, and I also arranged for a loaner car. The woman who scheduled my appointment even called parts while I was on the phone and assured me everything would be ready today, including the loaner. When I showed up this morning, the part was NOT ordered, and the loaner car had been given to someone else. They then expected me to sit around and wait until someone eventually returned a loaner. I had already arranged my entire day around dropping my car off and getting this handled. In the end, nothing got done. I had to get back in my car and leave, and my entire day was basically ruined. This dealership has now let me down twice. Poor communication, poor organization, and zero respect for customers’ time. I absolutely do not recommend Lexus of Glendale. More
