I enjoyed working the service staff and the courtesy shuttle drivers. Another takeaway is how nice the dealership is inside. Most Lexus dealerships are nice but this one had a slightly different essence about it. Perhaps it's the large screen Macs or the recycling body massage chairs along with the aesthetically pleasing layout. More

Arbi Der Krikorian is wonderful! I have dealt with GM, Honda, and Mercedes service departments, and Lexus is the best.
