Lexus of Greenville

I have never been treated and taken care of at any car dealership the way these guys took care of me when I was purchasing a used 2003 Expedition. Eric filled the car up with gas for me to drive home (I dealership the way these guys took care of me when I was purchasing a used 2003 Expedition. Eric filled the car up with gas for me to drive home (I lived 45min. away) then I took it back to think about this purchase. The next day I called to see if I could come get and keep overnight. Eric each time would take my sons car seat out of the car we was trading and put in the Expedition. I finally decided the next day we would purchase. Eric was very considerate and kept asking if I wanted something to drink. He took the Expedition again while I was doing the paperwork and filled up with gas again. Eric also strolled my son around in his stroller and kept him occupied so I could finish up the paperwork. I took the car back in a few days later after purchase to have a door ajar problem looked at and Mike gave me a loaner car for 4 days so they could keep the Expedition and figure out the problem. When I go back to the dealership they have filled the Expedition up with gas again! We all know this is not cheap to do...so I figure they put some where around $270 in gas in the Expedition. I was at a cookout today telling everyone that if that needed to purchase a car to make sure they go see Eric at Lexus of Greenville! BEST SERVICE EVER! Thanks so much guys!! Lisa Swords More

The reason I went to Lexus of Greenville, S.C., was because of the service and knowledge of the personnel. Eric O'Reilly was my sales person and he is Very knowledgeable on everything about Lexus. Eric and Brad are honest,(which is very important to me!) knowledgeable, friendly, give great personal service. Eric was not pushy, did not rush me, answered my questions, showed me how to use everything on the car, explained all the new things that were not on my previous Lexus.. Ken Baity was my sales person for years, until this time. I'm thankful Eric was there because he was very easy to get to know and trust. I talk to Brad on the phone and at the dealership, and I liked him also. I took a friend with me whose husband is a general manager of a different car dealership in N.C., she also was very impressed with Eric. She said her husband needs some sales people like him, because of his knowledge and how he handles his customers. We purchased a preowned 2008 RX400h on Friday evening, April 15th. It took longer than expected to process the purchase due to issues with the computer system, but management more than made up for this April 15th. The level of service at this dealership is truly exceptional, beginning with our salesperson Eric and on up through finance and the general manager. We would highly recommend this dealership to our friends and would definitely refer them to our salesperson, Eric O'Reilly. He spent a lot of time with us explaining all the systems in the vehicle and synched our phones with Bluetooth for us, saving us a lot of time. He is a very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable young man and Lexus of Greenville is fortunate to have him in their employ. More

Terrible service. Lied to, given so many excuses I can't count. Ripped insurance off. First $1200 then $4500 fot the same problem.
