Very Accommodating When you drive up to Lexus, the guys receiving the car are very fast and courteous. James comes outside because he saw that I arrived and greets me walking me into his office, letting me receiving the car are very fast and courteous. James comes outside because he saw that I arrived and greets me walking me into his office, letting me know what service is gonna be conducted and how long that should take. James then Shows my wife and I to the waiting area letting us know what snacks and drinks are available. After servicing complete, James came and got us sat down in his office. Explain everything that was done to my vehicle and was very open to any questions. Lexus has a nice very nice waiting area With much to do so you're not bored. I had a small scratch on my door handle and James had it polished out quickly and easily after I noticed that I hadn't seen it there before. More
