For the amount of money I was charged for a detail of my car, it was still dirty and it didn't smell like they shampooed the carpet. I have grandchildren, and my car gets dirty. I would love to know that if I need to get my car detailed, the level of clean matches the price I pay to get it done. More

Overall an ok experience. Patrice was very nice. I was bummed to have signed papers Thursday night and instructed to come back next afternoon to pick up car. In the am the car Patrice was very nice. I was bummed to have signed papers Thursday night and instructed to come back next afternoon to pick up car. In the am the car had a price drop ($1k). She did tint the windows and give me all weather mats after I demanded something but it definitely deflated any excitement I had. Cars are already expensive enough. It is a nice ride. Would I buy again from them? Probably, except I’d be more firm and less nice. More
