If you are going to buy a car go to Lexus in Henderson and NOT Lexus of Las Vegas. In Henderson, not only did they give me a good price, but even called me back apologizing saying they accidently charged and NOT Lexus of Las Vegas. In Henderson, not only did they give me a good price, but even called me back apologizing saying they accidently charged me too much and owed me 500 more. My sales rep was Kim and she and the entire staff were fair and professional. It does take a little back and forth to get the price you want, but at least they are honest. This is my 2nd Lexus in my opinion Lexus is 2nd to none. I couldn't be more satisfied. More

He wasn't to over the top with customer care or to little. He really just showed that I was the important and treated me over and above.
