I took my vehicle in for scheduled service. ..oil tire pressure fluids checked. Picked it up Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon my friend realizes that I am missing a tire stem valve cover. No ..oil tire pressure fluids checked. Picked it up Thursday afternoon. Friday afternoon my friend realizes that I am missing a tire stem valve cover. Not only am I missing one but the dealer put on 2 cheap ones. So 1 missing 2 plastic and 1 original. I called left 3 messages for the service manager. Til today still no call back. If something this small was overlooked imagine what else is ignored or passed of as ok. This is a premium brand. I have only taken my car to the dealer for service and honestly I don't believe that I have ever not had an issue. More

My RX 350 broke down while I was traveling, I needed it repaired quickly Lexus of Henderson was able to get me back on the road in two days. Thank you. BUT ! After getting home I looked up average cost t repaired quickly Lexus of Henderson was able to get me back on the road in two days. Thank you. BUT ! After getting home I looked up average cost to do the repairs my Lexus needed, Using the highest average cost, it comes to $1,350.00 parts and labor. Lexus of Henderson charged $2,151.00 and yes, I approved this charge. Did I receive good service yes, did I receive a good value with the service no. Did Lexus of Henderson take advantage of my situation, being broke down 400 miles from home? More
