There was a coupon for brake repair and oil change that wasn’t applied after I asked multiple times for discount and specials. Furthermore, the person even promised $100 off and that was not applied when I wasn’t applied after I asked multiple times for discount and specials. If it’s not identified specifically then the consultant is free to deny eligibility of the cars at his discretion which is not fair for the consumer. I was over charged over $440. More

Always bring in my Lexus for regular service every 5000 miles. With the exception of regular service and alignment, the remainder of issues should have been addressed previously, instead of requiring $210 miles.
