I absolutely love your team. But I do have one complaint. Yesterday when I was driving home at dusk I didn't know that my headlights had been turned off until I was only one block away from my house, which i Yesterday when I was driving home at dusk I didn't know that my headlights had been turned off until I was only one block away from my house, which is about a 40 minute drive. This is the second time that this has happened. The service people evidently turn them off when they start working on the car. They need to be trained that whatever they turn off should be turned back on. Maybe you can setup a check list before they return the car to their customer. Now once again I have to figure out how to turn on my daylight driving headlights and I can never figure out how to do that because the manual is very difficult to follow. Lexus really needs to have proof readers do more clarifications. So if anyone there can send me updated instructions I would really appreciate that so I can safely drive my car ASAP. Thank you for your concern and hopefully your help. Well, I’m not happy that Leslie Church, Customer Relationship Managerhas not responded to my request when I really needed an answer. But I’m very happy that Stephen Diem was available when I called him direct and he walked me through the process of getting my headlights back to the right setting. He’s really been a great help for all my questions. He’s a top notch employee! More
