Customer service was pretty bad. After I checked my car in they forgot about me for 10 minutes and I had to find an employee to get my loaner. Had a recall on a part and Lexus of Henderson called me to schedule my appointment based on when the part was getting in, confirmed my appointment the day before, provided me a loaner vehicle and got my pa to schedule my appointment based on when the part was getting in, confirmed my appointment the day before, provided me a loaner vehicle and got my part fixed in a day.
