Installation of Running Boards for 2020 Lexus 450h I was very pleased with the service. I was advised that the installation may take at least 3hrs and was offered a loaner car. I brought a book to read I was very pleased with the service. I was advised that the installation may take at least 3hrs and was offered a loaner car. I brought a book to read, so I was totally prepared for the wait. The waiting rooms were very quiet and had a lot of comfortable seating. There was a self serve beverage area stocked with sodas and cold bottle water. The whole area was quiet and made it perfect to read my book. The bathrooms were clean and very beautiful. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Made me proud to be a Lexus owner. More
