When we bought our pre-owned GS350 in January, 2020, we felt instantly comfortable with the care the staff took to meet our needs. We have been back for routine maintenance since, and also brought in our "Vintage", 2001 Lexus ES300 in for some work. Very satisfied customers!! More

Service dept is excellent. Sales management, not so much. Had to go to your sister store, across town, to find a reasonable business attitude. Not about price but rather an unwillingness to extend ANY much. Had to go to your sister store, across town, to find a reasonable business attitude. Not about price but rather an unwillingness to extend ANY flexibility in waiting a few days for funds to be transferred. Lexus of LV was more than accommodating and thus, earned my business. Your management team would do well to learn that most buyers don’t keep unlimited funds in their checking account! More
Always excellent service here. They are on time, courteous, and do great work. You get what you pay for in value. Only reason we purchased a vehicle here was due to the price. Absolute worst car buying experience. We initially made an appointment with Ray Jimenez via email to test drive a vehicle. He said that it was price. Absolute worst car buying experience. We initially made an appointment with Ray Jimenez via email to test drive a vehicle. He said that it was okay to come by in the later afternoon due to our (brother and I) busy schedule and that he could accommodate. When we arrived there, he was not there, and were met by the salesman Sirui Xie. After we finished the test drive, Sirui asked us if we liked it, we said "yes." He immediately said, "okay, I will let Ray know and he can call you tomorrow. " Dumbfounded by his response, I was so surprised that I had to ask the sales person if we could buy the vehicle. With all the times I've visited car dealers, this is the first time I ever heard a salesman say, "Well call you tomorrow." We proceeded to the office and started to talk about payments. My brother and I intended to purchase this vehicle for my father as a present. I asked if I could pay 10 to 15K of it with my credit card so I can earn points. He said that it is standard for them to only accept $5,000 due to "people can easily call their credit card company and say it was not them that made the purchase, and they already left with the car." So we also inquired about financing it for my dad, and he was hesitating to run my brothers credit saying that if he ran it, it could lower it and may not be worth it if he has never purchased a car before. At this point I started to get a little irritated because I started to feel like this guy isnt taking me seriously. So I said forget it, we will just cash the vehicle. He left, talked to his manager. Upon returning, he said that he needed to run all of our credit to purchase the vehicle by cash! I said, running credit on a cash purchase? I asked to talk to the manager, and Thomas Ng the manager backed Sirui's claim and said that a credit check is required for all parties contributing money to the vehicle. He said that a personal check is no better, because it too can be canceled after the vehicle has left the parking lot. At this point it became clear to myself that these two gentleman are being prejudiced and condescending. Being frustrated at this point, I said go ahead and run the credit. It was the most ridiculous "protocol" I've ever heard from a dealership. Once our credit scores came back with two being above 800 and one in the 750s, they began to start treating us like customers. Apologizing for the misunderstanding and did not mean to be offensive. Sirui then asked us to sign the permission to run our credit form because he said that he forgot. The form ironically was a "loan application. " he said that the loan application was the permission for a credit check. This was honestly the worst experience in my life. I was upset that good service did not even appear until our credit scores were pulled up, and ironically this was still needed when we decided to just buy it with cash. So many Doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers love themselves a new Lexus. Believe me when I tell you, I will definitely tell my colleagues how the staff at this dealership treat their customers. If you want to be treated well at this place, I'd advise you to first tell them what your profession and credit score is at initial meeting. This is such a shame that a buying my dad his new van as a token of my brother and I's appreciation ended with feeling degraded until our credit scores proven out worthiness in their eyes. Absolutely unacceptable. More
