Michelle was great to work with through e-mail and text as that was the best way for me to communicate. It was also awesome that she got someone to bring down the car to my work for me to see and test driv as that was the best way for me to communicate. Now as far as the Finance Department- Richard needs to work on his customer service skills and slow down when getting people to sign documents. He was a bit pushy about me getting a warranty also.
