The initial process was easy and my sales rep was awesome. I feel that once I left wkth my car nobody cared nor did they practice good customer service. Additionally there was a scratch on one of the side mirrors and the general manager was quite rude when we unguided about it. Ultimately they dress to fix it but that process was also disorganized and met with poor customer service. The only good thing about the dealership for me was the awesome Sales person. More
