Recall is always inconvenient, however your service department made it easier for us when they had a courtesy car available. Which made this convenient for us considering we drove in from Kingman. Michelle was great to work with through e-mail and text as that was the best way for me to communicate. It was also awesome that she got someone to bring down the car to my work for me to see and test driv as that was the best way for me to communicate. Now as far as the Finance Department- Richard needs to work on his customer service skills and slow down when getting people to sign documents. He was a bit pushy about me getting a warranty also. Would love to have purchased a warranty through Lexus but they were just too expensive for me. More
