Sales guy is great. The rest of the operation is built to make you wait. And wait. And wait some more. They had A few days to be prepared for my visit and they couldn’t pull it together. I got my Lexus RC. 350 at Lexus of Las Vegas, because Lexus of Henderson was not wiling to give me the deal I got at Lexus of LV.
