Drop off was fine. I was told it would be a 90 minute scheduled service. I called after 2hrs and was asked about tire rim warranty. After that I didnt hear how long it would take. I texted the service manager twice, called the facility twice before I was told car was ready. Not too happy with the drop in communication. So if I stayed on location it would have only taken 90 minutes versus me leaving? The operator for service said if I stayed it would have only taken 90 minutes?!?! So dropped off my car at 10a and it was ready by 3p...their 90 minutes is hella off from my 90 minutes. More

Time for service Dropped car at 9:00 am. Told it would take 60-90 minutes, but they gave me a loaner. At noon they called and said 3 things were wrong. I said fix one, Dropped car at 9:00 am. Your prices are ridiculous. At 2:30 I texted and said how is my car? At 3:00 they texted back and said- oh sorry- it’s done. I live 30 minutes away. You were closing at 4! Also I asked them to look for a key that had fallen between seats. I really think they forgot- but then said “oh we couldn’t find it”. I can see it- just can’t reach it. So not the best experience- but nothing major. More
