No after sale follow up. Bought 2020 ES300h. Like the car very much, but didn't get the color I wanted. Also I was looking for Destination Assist but apparently there wasn't Bought 2020 ES300h. Also I was looking for Destination Assist but apparently there wasn't an ESh on the lot that had the color combination (Matador Red) I wanted. My biggest disappointment was after I completed the sale, my sales person Martrell Fantroy was no where to be found to go over the features of the car. It was dark when I drove off the lot and couldn't find how to adjust the side mirrors. Came back the next day and asked Martrell to check me out on the car, instead he asked Lexus Osunlana to help me. She did help as much as she could but had to go back to her customers. Has a clear bra put on, afterwards had someone is service department help me and said if I have any other questions to come to them. Still haven't had any follow-up from Martrell, My wife has a new RX450h on order. Martrell was he sales person, but will request that Lexus O. work with and split the commission with Martrell. I know this will be a management decision. More

Service was handled and completed in a professional manner I required a technician to replace my headlight on my IS 350 which was blinding on coming drivers. I had not made an appointment and came in early the I required a technician to replace my headlight on my IS 350 which was blinding on coming drivers. I had not made an appointment and came in early the next morning and met wit Jay Dault the service manager. He understood my problem and expedited my repair and replacement of a new light bulb and adjustment. Jay was very professional and I was completely satisfied with the quality of service.
