. Extremely disappointing experience with Lexus of Henderson, particularly with the finance department and the overall lack of customer service and transparency. I was putting approximately 80% dow Henderson, particularly with the finance department and the overall lack of customer service and transparency. I was putting approximately 80% down and financing only a relatively small portion of the vehicle. I had already secured a better rate through my credit union, but I chose dealership financing purely for convenience. I was initially told by the salesperson that the rate would be 3.99%, only to be presented with 4.99% during the finance process. That discrepancy should have been communicated clearly and upfront, and the way it was handled left me feeling misled. The most disappointing part of the entire experience was the finance representative who handled my paperwork. I do not remember his name, but his attitude toward me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked reasonable questions about the financing, rates, and documents I was being asked to sign, instead of taking the time to explain them clearly, he made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. His demeanor was condescending and made an already frustrating situation significantly worse. This is simply not the level of professionalism or customer service I expected when purchasing a new Lexus. Whether a customer finances $5,000 or $50,000 should make absolutely no difference in how that customer is treated. I was making a significant purchase and expected basic courtesy, patience, transparency, and clear answers. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with the finance department. The problems continued after the sale. My brand-new vehicle had a scratch on the hood, some expected accessories were missing, and getting clear answers afterward was unnecessarily difficult. Calls were not properly returned, and I was not given adequate information about whom to contact regarding the warranty and other post-sale questions. I was also disappointed with the value offered for my trade-in, particularly considering how quickly the dealership was able to resell it. What makes this especially disappointing is that this was my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. A repeat customer should not leave a dealership feeling this frustrated and dissatisfied. The vehicle itself may carry the Lexus name, but the customer experience I received did not reflect the level of service I associate with that brand. Based on this experience, I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I am giving one star because it is the minimum available. If zero stars were an option, that would more accurately reflect my experience. More
