Very disgusting service I valued my 2010 IS 350 and to proved it I only have 7,300 miles more or less on the vehicle. All my services needs are always done by Lexus fasciitie I valued my 2010 IS 350 and to proved it I only have 7,300 miles more or less on the vehicle. All my services needs are always done by Lexus fasciities because I trust their specialty in handling vehicle maintenance. Just for a change battery I neee to go to Lexus to avail their Line of expertise. So After using the original battery I changed my battery sometimes in 2017. Yesterday my battery is completely dead. I called Lexus Henderson and I was instructed to tow the vehicle so they can changed the battery because it was still under warranty. The battery was changed after more or less 2 hours of waiting and I do understand maybe it was busy that day. After the paper work done my wife drove the car home. It is always our practice to inspect the services done to be sure it was done properly. It was very disgusting to note that battery terminal cap was missing. We used a flashlight to locate it and it was there still attached to the terminal but it pushed inside down. Very unacceptable service to the facility I have high regards when it comes to services. Much more worst because we used the flashlight to clean the top cover engine we also noticed that the black safety cover were all scratches an eyesore and very disgusting specialty to a vehicle that I valued very much. You can tell inside and out of the vehicle is immaculately clean no scratches and no dust. That's how we took care of this vehicle. I did not witnesed what happened but this s my honest take on the situation hence it was disgustingly scratch. Who ever changed the batter did not pay too much attention to what he is doing. Maybe he removed the old battery placed it on top of the engine cover and scratched it. You can tell how heavy a battery is. Afterwards he finally put the new battery connect the terminals and tightened it and that it without placing the battery terminal cover. I always give excellent feedback to all my surveys see my files and this is the first time I ever experiment a very lousy unacceptable service from Lexus. I also blame the Management level maybe if they did their job to inspect first after service which is an SOP to all services this should been avoided. Check and balance to be sure services had been delivered properly. I am not happy for the this particular services and I intend to write to the higher ups management levels to let them know how this particular employee did a very disgusting job that affects the entire management of ruing the Lexus company if not properly addressed. More

'Forgotten about' My service manager, David Torella checked me in at 9:50 and knew I wanted to be out as close to 11:30 as possible. At 11:25 he informed me that my car was done and was getting washed, introduced me to another service representative (I do not recall his name), and stated the new representative would come and get me in 10 minutes since he was going on break. At 11:45 I checked and saw my car parked out front, but I didn't see the representative. At 12:00 I again went looking for the representative and found him in an office. I requested that I get checked out immediately to which he complied. I was 45 minutes late for a lunch appointment...not happy. I have no issue with David, he did everything properly. More

Mike stood out to me and was very communicative and overall amazing! He made sure my car wash standards were exceptional and he just provided world class service from our interaction. I work and represent a triple five star hotel and understand the work and dedication it is to provide exceptional service and these 3 need to be acknowledged for all of their efforts. Great service When you purchase a Lexus from Lexus of Henderson, you can be sure you will also receive quality service. The staff is friendly and the service(basic service) is fairly quick. Now I just need to add, because I value my paint, please use microfibers when drying our cars after a wash as regular towels may leave light scratches. I know most dealerships use regular towels(BMW uses newspaper) but I want Lexus to go the extra mile. More
