Could have been more helpful Tyler as always was helpful and great. He tried to get my car serviced as quick as possible, when he found out they didn’t have the tire i needed he g Tyler as always was helpful and great. The reason for 1 less star is when i called to make the initial service appointment the woman i spoke with i felt could have been more accommodating. I asked if a loaner was possible since i had to go to work and i knew i would have to drop my car off over night since it was a last minute squeeze in and she said they do not do those for these type of services, but i have been offered loaners in the past for more simple service than this one so i didn’t understand why this time was any different. So i asked if i could get a ride home and she said they only run from 1-3, so i asked if i can get a ride home in that time frame so i can make it home in time for work. She said there were other clients who scheduled rides so she wasn’t sure when i would be taken home. She told me she would get me in at 1:20 but that time was cutting it close for me so i asked if i could just drop it off and pick it up the following day, but even for that i had to schedule a time with no accommodation for me to get home. I usually don’t complain but With a high end brand such as Lexus i felt that this time it was missing that little extra help. More
