Nice Experience I needed to get a new tire on my RX350, there was a screw embedded at the edge of the sidewall. I purchased the tire/wheel protection package so I di I needed to get a new tire on my RX350, there was a screw embedded at the edge of the sidewall. I purchased the tire/wheel protection package so I didn't want to take it a tire shop. I also needed to have the vehicle serviced and a recall repair made. I called and was initially told I would not be able to get in for over a week. When I explained the situation they set an appointment for the next day. I was greeted, the car checked in and shown the waiting areas. John came and got me within 5 minutes and we went over all of the work needed. He worked the tire situation with the insurance company and made sure I was kept aware of the status while waiting (no loaner vehicle available). The waiting area is nicely set up and allowed me to work while I waited. More
