I brought a suv in that needed nothing just to see if the bad reviews I hear about this place was true. They came back with a $2600 bill for things the truck did not need. I represent several social media influencers with hundreds of millions of views and did this to expose Henderson Lexus. You guys are about to get called out! Poor service, no communication, not thorough, not knowledgeable, overview of the car was lacking, process was horrible. Kept having to ask for signed paperwork.
