Every time I bring the vehicle in, my settings are change, radio station is changed, heads up display is turned off, sway is turned off, automatic mirrors are turned off. I had to call the service manager, to guide me through it to fix it. I detailed the car, and specifically notated do not wash, they did not wash, which was good; however, the windshield wiper washer was activated on the front and back, so I had to clean all the water marks off, and some how there were also water marks on the headlights and the front of the vehicle. I just hope they did not spill battery acid on it and cleaned it off. I had the vehicle partially loaded for a trip, with my hunting rifles, telescopes, and camera equipment on floor behind the seat, with other stuff on top. It was very visible, the service manger came back and told me that the guy transporting the vehicle was big and had to move the seat back. My question is, "why not get someone else, who is smaller to transport the vehicle, to and from, knowing that there was expensive or for that matter anything behind the seat, that may be jeopardized. I could not unload it before I brought it in, due to circumstances, in my departure. On a previous appoint, spending around a $1000; they left a part on the passenger floor, from changing the recall on the door handles, and when the replaced the cabin filter in the glove compartment, there was dirty handprints, and on the floor dirty foot prints. This vehicle is kept in a garage, I take great satisfaction in keeping it in showroom condition, even to keeping the engine compartment wiped down. I wish your employees would also respect the owners attention for care on the second most important purchase, a home being the first, in a persons life.
