Tyler, our service rep, is outstanding — provides top notch customer service you just can’t find anymore. Also, the online scheduling system (along with Tyler’s follow-up) works really well. Also, service techs seem to really know their stuff :-) Minus one-star due to the “detailing” center (again) not vacuuming the “trunk” area of my SUV; and while clean when I brought it in, it was DIRTY when I picked up. It appears packaging may have been opened/set in the trunk area and tiny particles of the packaging were all over the carpeting. So not only did they NOT vacuum trunk area two visits in a row, this time it was actually DIRTY when I picked it up. My car interior is almost always immaculate, perhaps dusty on occasion if I leave a window down, but only temp. To pick it up dirty was disappointing, esp when there was no rush on my vehicle. But Tyler deserves a raise :-) More
