I was disappointed because the salesman did not tell me the reason my 2018 RX 350 could not be certified and that without the certified sticker I was not eligible for an extended Warantee 2 year offer. Then when a truck kicked up a rock into the windshield the repair shop showed me the poor windshield replacement job, which was the disqualification for certification. The repairman was very good and straightened out the crumpled mess and made it acceptable. Yet I was disappointed knowing it could have been a problem later on. And I would have wanted the extended warranty option had they explained it clearly. This time in service David was very good to get everything done and service manager took over when David went to lunch. My car is running better now and I appreciate it. Thank You More
