I have a low mileage vehicle and feel that my service providers have been terrible at steering me in the right direction with regard to the type of service I need for my vehicle. My car has less than 15 providers have been terrible at steering me in the right direction with regard to the type of service I need for my vehicle. My car has less than 15K miles and the advisor suggested I get the 30K mile service. I'm disappointed in that at no time did the advisor explain what was entailed with the service he ultimately provided. I don't feel that the service on my car was warranted due to the fact that my mileage on the 2017 vehicle is half what is expected for it's age. More
