I had an excellent experience with getting my Lexus serviced due to Tyler taking good care of me by listening to my needs and acting upon my requests. When I used the on-line booking, it malfunctioned serviced due to Tyler taking good care of me by listening to my needs and acting upon my requests. The staff were all friendly and super nice, however, that does not change the fact that I had waited over two hours for something that I was told would take one and a half hours and then being told after all does not change the fact that I had waited over two hours for something that I was told would take one and a half hours and then being told after all that time they ordered the wrong part. They gave me a loaner car until work on my vehicle was done the next day and still underestimated the time it would take them to get my car back to me. I had to call the dealership to find out what the holdup was. Until I made that call, they moved really fast after that. If it weren’t for the courteous service, I would have really been on their case, but that’s just me. All the work done was good quality except for the initial mess up and vehicle turn around estimation. They comped me the $35 service fee for my troubles, which was nice. More
