Recall service I was greeted and taken in to meet with a service advisor in a timely manner. Fast service, very clear explaination of the services being provided. Windshield Replacement When I called, I was transferred to Service and Shannon answered. I asked her, Is my car ready? Can I proceed to pick it up? She transferred me to, When I called, I was transferred to Service and Shannon answered. I asked her, Is my car ready? Can I proceed to pick it up? She transferred me to, Jace, and I got his voicemail and left a message. I called back an hour later and again, Jace's voicemail. I called back immediately and asked for someone else. Again someone elses voicemail. I was never able to reach anybody in Service, just voicemail messages were left 3 times. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALLS. The following day, I just drove there to pick up my car from Service without ever being able to reach a Service advisor by phone. I am quite unhappy with this Service experience. NO ONE answers their phone, just voicemails. NO ONE returned my messages. More

Nice job Lexus of Henderson Only negative is that it took too long to get through to service department on phone. They need more service operators to handle calls.
